can I customize products I see on your website?

mesh furniture products can be customized for commercial / trade / wholesale orders.
a few designs can also be customized for smaller quantity, but may attract an added premium over and above cost of product.

are there any minimum quantity / purchase order value requirement?

as all our products are made to order with endless customization options, we can only accept commercial / trade / wholesale orders.
our minimum purchase / order value is AUD 5000 (excluding gst and cost of delivery).
minimum purchase value can be an assortment of products as long as minimum quantity (pcs) per product is ordered.
each product has different minimum quantity purchase requirement and this information is available for every product on our website.
in the absence of minimum quantity and /or purchase value order, we may not be able to fulfill your purchase request.

what is cbm? how is cbm calculated?

in shipping terms, cbm stands for cubic meter. it is a common term and value used to calculate volume and space an order occupies during transportation. you may use cbm to evaluate cost of transportation if you decide to organize your own delivery. a simple way to calculate cbm of a product:

  1. multiply length x depth x height of product (in cms) – this information is available for every product on our website.
  2. divide result by 1,000,000
  3. multiply figure from point ‘b’ by total qty / pcs order / required.
  4. repeat steps for every product, if any.

let’s take example of product 1 that measures: 50l x 60d x 75h (cms).
multiply 50 x 60 x 75 = 225,000
divide 225,000 / 1,000,000
result: 0.225 cbm per piece.
if your purchase requirement is 24 pcs for product 1, your total order cbm = 0.225 x 24 = 5.4 cbm (for product 1)

can I expedite my order or process special shipping requests?

most of our products are eligible for expedited air- freight at an additional cost. please contact us on mesh@meshfurniture.com.au for more information.

i’ve received my order and it’s damaged. what do I do?

in the unfortunate event that damage has occurred in transit, please do not refuse delivery. instead, note the damages and notify the driver of the damages prior to his departure, if possible. then, contact us immediately via email at mesh@meshfurnituire.com.au with supporting evidence (photos of damage) so that we can rectify the damaged shipment. damages and defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your delivery in order to qualify for replacement.

do you provide a warranty with your products?

in general, all our products come with a standard limited 1-year warranty. we want our customers to love their purchases, and enjoy them for a long time. that said, a great deal of time and effort have been invested in designing our product range, materials selection and technical build of each product to ensure stability and durability. however, as our entire range of furniture involves hand-made element, you may experience that a product you receive is not up to your expectation. we do expect you to understand limitations of hand-made products and what can and cannot be classified as defect. please visit our trading terms & conditions section for more information.

what information do we collect?

we collect information from you only what you share with us when you place your order.
to complete an order or as part of your query, you may be asked to share your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.
any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
to improve our website
we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
to improve customer service
your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
to process transactions
your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
to send periodic emails
the email address you provide for order processing will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.

do you have any locations to view your products?

we have a trade showroom (by appointment) at warwick farm 2170 nsw strictly for wholesale and trade clients.
we do not retail our products and we are not designed to attend to any retail purchase query.
another way to view our products is to visit one of client’s venues. (please see our clients section to view a list of few of our clients)
not only do you get to see some of our products in use but it also gives you a better understanding of what to expect from our products over a period of time with regular use.

can you send a sample to our office?

yes. if your office address is of an interior design firm, architectural firm or an office of a hospitality or business venue, we can arrange to send a maximum of 2 samples (provided we have a sample at our trade showroom) to you. we will also arrange to have this sample picked up after 7 days. if you require more than 7 days to view our sample at your office, please let us know.
this service is free to prospective trade / wholesale clients only.
note: if sample(s) is (are) not returned when requested or returned as damaged, mesh furniture reserves its right to charge all costs that would be incurred to replace this sample(s).

where are your products sourced and manufactured?

all our products are manufactured and sourced from factories in india, indonesia, vietnam and thailand. all our factories are fully accredited and registered members of export promotion council of their respective countries. our factories also practice fair trading and offer fair wages to their employees and do not employ anyone under the legal permissible age to work.

how is tax estimated for my order?

local taxes like GST are estimated based on laws and regulations of the state of nsw, australia, in regards to taxation of merchandise and goods and services offered.

do you ship overseas?

if your order is a minimum of 20ft container, yes, we can accept international orders and arrange for shipping. any local duty and taxes applicable in the country of import will be sole responsibility of importer (client) and will have to be paid prior to release & delivery of your order. International orders will be priced in usd.

what is your company abn and what is the ownership structure?
